todays, as increasing the population and construction in Tehran, as well as Destruction and restoration of buildings , the amount of construction waste is increasing significantly.
The waste of construction has added a lot of dilemmas, including environmental pollution,Lack of beautiful urban space, the deaths of individuals as a result of the collision of cars with trash on the street, especially in the dark of the night. Accordingly, Waste Management Organization undertakes the following in order to collect construction waste by the private sector which is in accordance with its main objectives:
Issuing necessary licenses for vehicles in order to transport and dispose construction waste
     Reviewing the traffic route of car carrying construction waste, recyclable, and wastewater and stopping the car In case of absence of necessary licences

Conducting vehicles carrying various construction waste, wastewater and sludge to Authorized drainage centers and preventing disposing in an unauthorized location.
     Continuous control of main road, beltways, city entrance

Avoiding the violations at each stage of excavation, loading, transporting and disposing of soil and trash
Identifying and introducing the industries and all waste producers to the organization in order to contract for health and authorized transportation and discharge in specified locations

constructing and building suitable roads for easy access to authorized drainage sites
     Implementing the projects for recycling and conversing building materials and construction waste

In this regard, AbAli waste Center was equipped with Didban License plate detection application in order to manage the traffic of truck and Cargo trucks
